Terms and conditions
You must agree to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS before a booking.
Private face-to-face ukulele lesson ("lesson", hereafter) will take place at 2255 Kalakaua Ave, #13, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96815, USA. Whilst most private lessons are conducted on a one-on-one basis, small group lessons can be accommodated.
Ukulele lessons are available to anyone aged 7 or older. All children aged 7-14 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal gurdian. No Exceptions. A parent or legal gurdianmust be on site for the duration of each lesson.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for a lessom using this web site.
1. Fees – You must pay the total fees for your lesson before your lesson starts. Lesson fees are payable before the lesson starts by cash, travelers checks or creditcards.
2. Missed Lessons - Any lesson missed without any prior notice will need to be paid for in full.Any scheduled lesson cancelled by Ukulele Puapua for unforeseeable reason will obviously not be subject to any charge.
3. Cancellations - At least 48 hours advance notice before the scheduled lesson time to be given to Ukulele Puapua to avoid a cancellation fee. Ukulele Puapua reserves the right to cancel any lesson for any reason. We will do our best to give you an advance notice for the cancellation initiated by Ukulele Puapua.
4. Late arrival – Lessons start at the designated time and finish at the end of the designated time. Ukulele Puapua cannot guarantee a full lesson if you arrive late. If the instructor with whom you signed up for the lesson is running late, we will give you a full lesson.
Should you arrive late for a lesson you may complete the full session time only if your teacher’s schedule and the Ukulele Puapua’s timetable will allow the necessary time to do so.
5. Refund Policy - There will be no refund of fees once the lesson has started.
6. Privacy Policy - Personal information supplied to us is confidential and we do not disclose the information to any third party except with actual or implied consent, or as permitted or required by law. We do not exchange or sell personal information.
